| Due to the significant disruption in the U.S. residential mortgage and credit markets, American General Financial Services is suspending its consumer financing programs. The last date for submitting contracts or transactions for funding will be August 6, 2009. There will be a new consumer financing program in place prior to July 16, 2009. We have been developing contingency plans over the past few months in the event that American General and its parent company AIG suspended its consumer financing programs. We will communicate the details of the new program as soon as it is available. Our goal is to make the transition of consumer financing partners as seamless as possible to our dealers.
